is tuedae time, and my mind getting out of control. i just came back from my training and tat it is killing my leg. i shall now proced on to how my running programe goes. 1st : slow jog around e track and come back do 5 push up. 2nd: after doing push up, run 300m and spin 100m 3rd : come back do ball handling, run 200m and spin 200m 4th: after run come back do 5 sholder pass each side, run 100m spin 300m 5th:......., spin 400m 6th:........,run 100m spin 300m 7th:........, run 200m spin 200m 8th:........, run 300m spin 100m 9th:........, run 400m tats all....
